Symptoms:

The  AC Motor  can not start, even if no load can start, the speed slowly rise, there is buzz; motor smoke fever, and accompanied by burning smell.

Test result ：

Remove the  AC Motor  cover, you can see the end of the winding 1/3 or 2/3 of the pole phase or focus or become dark brown.

Causes and treatment of fault：

1,  The AC Motor  motor power supply circuit fuse circuit contact or mechanical damage, resulting in a phase fuse blown.

2, The AC Motor power supply circuit three-phase fuse specifications are different, the capacity of small fuse blown. Should be based on the size of the motor power, replaced with the same specifications of the fuse.

3,The AC Motor power supply circuit switch (disconnector, plastic cover switch, etc.) and contactor contact bad (burn or loose). Repair and adjust the dynamic and static contact, so that good contact.

4, a phase phase missing phase. Check the broken line and connect it firmly.

5,The AC Motorwinding connection between the Weld, resulting in poor contact. Carefully check the motor winding cable and welding.
